Very good for repairing children's jewelry. They always break their cheap necklaces and bracelets on the loops that attach the charms to the necklace or bracelet. I use a toothpick to open them. They don't have an "S" shape so they aren't flat like a regular full sized key ring, but they work great for my purpose.

My favorite bag company adds cute little tags to every bag. However, these are small o-rings and tend to pull out and break easily. I got lucky the first time and found it right away. The second time I couldn't find the broken key fob but I was lucky the company replaced it for me. Then unfortunately I have lot one. A colleague suggested split rings. They work great! Good product I needed a nice split ring to attach to my pocket knife. It had to be small enough to fit in a tight space. These little rings are perfect for my needs. It's also very bouncy! I'm sure they could be overstretched with exertion, but they immediately reverted to their previous shape. When I tried to install them, they flew out of my hands from the recoil.
