Some narrower pens do not fit. Thicker pins work better and provide a closer shave. Both the top and bottom plastic covers fail. I'll go anyway.

When I received this product, the top transparent part was cracked. This part does not stay attached to the rest of the sharpener when sharpening. Because the sharpener is difficult to hold and use, it is almost useless.

I need tweezers to pluck out my eyebrow hairs and those horrible coarse hairs on my chin. It was ridiculously hard to find tweezers that actually are tweezers. I've been through about 4 others with no success - alignment issues, not enough tension, not enough hold on certain hairs, etc. It's fantastic!
