I couldn't use eyeliner, it's all broken into small pieces almost 1/8 inch in size. Each time I rolled it up to apply, another piece fell off. After wasting about an inch of product, I gave up. The packaging was in good condition, so I don't know what happened. The second stick was never opened. Let's see if I can get it back.

I use Khaki Gray as an eyebrow pencil. 5 stars for that, but the formula is terrible for eyeliner. All Covergirl eyeliners like this make my eyes burn and cry like crazy. Since they ditched the harshness and stuff, the formula has changed and is no longer gentle on sensitive eyes. RIP plum velvet.

I have been using this product for many years and although it is called "eyeliner" I only use it to shape my eyebrows. As it is dark gray it is perfect for those with blonde or white hair. I use a brushed eyeliner to line my eyes and can't imagine using this pencil on my eyes. I think the product description should say "eyebrows" and not eyeliner. I have been using this item in this color for many years. This is the perfect shade for blondes who want natural looking brows without the auburn tint of most brow pencils and kohl pencils. Not too dark/not too light. Just right. Ideal for eyeliner and eyebrows, no need to sharpen. I will keep buying it as long as they keep doing this!

must have product for me. It's not a super fine dot, but works well for a blurred/blended look. I first applied a thin line of black liquid liner (for precision) and a light liner in this khaki color on top to give it a more natural look.

They're not waterproof but hold up well. I've been using them for a couple of years and suddenly we're out of stock in any store. I'm glad Revane had her.
