So far everything has been fine with my husband's phone and we have 1 and 3 year olds who are constantly reaching for our phone.

The case has a hole for ports and a pen and a second protective cover that allows you to attach it to a belt or bag. If you drop your phone in this case, it's protected!

The plastic screen cover is terrible. I took it from the suitcase. The lid hovers just above the actual screen, so it creates a double tap and doesn't recognize input as easily. It is glued and slides out easily. You have to press the rubber keys harder than usual to get to the physical buttons.

Update: I managed to cut a piece of rubber out of my old phone case and match it to the holes on the bottom of the phone and slam it onto the case holding it held in place. Feeling totally solid, don't dance, just needs a few mods. It's no use, my cell phone dances in the case like a Cuban to salsa music.

Before I bought this case, I had a case that didn't have a screen protector at all, but I thought I'd be wiser and buy a case with a built-in screen protector. 2 weeks old, my phone is scratched by dirt under the screen protector but the bottom right corner of my display is cracked as well. Not excited at all!

The case itself is really good. Not only is it really, and I mean really thin, it doesn't stay flat in relation to the phone itself either. zo When you're typing, it's like hitting a bubble. If it has a better screensaver ID, give it at least 4 stars. Return.

The empty case is weak compared to other "hard" cases I've had. It lasts significantly after installing the phone and seemed quite pleasant at first. The case really adds bulk without the screen cover/clip. The lid/clip is one piece and is the best thing about this case. The screen protector is made of plastic and is easily scratched and leaves fingerprints/smudges. easy. The keys are a bit harder to press than expected. I've had difficult cases before, but this is ridiculous.

I've literally had better packaging for the things I've bought than this. The hardest part was separating the screen's protective film from the "rubber" protective substrate. It's all HARD PLASTIC, the back sides are a bit softer but too hard to press the buttons on the phone. I was afraid that trying to separate the two pieces would tear the screen protector as it made a crackling noise and was very fragile. Screen sensitivity issues when turning on. Also, the colored backing in the middle…
