These pens do not apply well in more than 2 layers. They are probably suitable for adult coloring books, but not for more intensive artistic use. A chalk artist who needs to be able to draw 3 or more layers of color will not be happy with these crayons. Pencils fill the tooth of the paper with only two coats, making it very difficult or almost impossible to apply more than two coats of paint. The colors are beautiful, as is the tin. Pros
  • Soft, highly pigmented core provides vibrant colors with even application on light or dark paper
Cons
  • Not reliable

Pros
  • Choose from 50 dynamic colors to find the right shade for every project
Cons
  • I doubt it

LOVE LOVE LOVE that!

I have almost every brand of pencil from the cheap to the most expensive. I have several Prismacolor sets, 2 Luminance sets, 2 Pablos sets, Bruynzeel design, Colorsofts, Lyra Rembrandts, Koh i Noor, Procolors, Polychromos, Marco Renoirs to name a few and I love them just as much! They go on so smoothly, blend really well and what I usually lack in budget pens is the layering and they do a great job too! Also, the colors are so vibrant that these are the only crayons I've found that, as far as I

Pros
  • A pack of 50k Crayola Signature Blend and Shade Soft Core colored pencils in a decorative tin
Cons
  • Very Expensive
