Great pens, useless tin

The pens themselves color nicely, but the tin doesn't stay tight. This is annoying when trying to carry them in a backpack or suitcase. Tin is useless.

Pros
  • Sturdy surface
Cons
  • Updates available

Garbage! You can't sharpen without breaking the lead!

The quality was not impressive. Still had to press on a bolder color and still looked waxy. The lead broke very easily and it was impossible to sharpen without breaking it. The pencil on the right shows how short I had to go to keep the lead from breaking. GARBAGE! Do not buy!

I love these pens: Pens

This is my second time ordering these pens. A very good quality. Supple, applies the color well. Soft but not too soft. The colors are great. Both sets had 2 to 3 pins that gnawed at the wood when sharpened. This is my only complaint. I will continue to buy them. I have several other brands of pencils including Prisma and am attracted to the Crayola brand.

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • Difficult to say

I can't sharpen. for drawing material

Bought to use in my Bible journals. When trying to sharpen with different sharpeners, it was found that the wood splits and gnaws, causing the pencil to break. There are already 4 pencils that do this. You can see how short red is and just started using it. I even tried sharpening with a office knife. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Color is good if you can make it sharper. Not worth it, just makes it worse.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Hard to tell

Disappointment Good For Drawing

Be careful when trying to buy double sided Crayola Markets. I didn't look closely and when the drop down menu said 16ct I chose 24 thinking I could get more of the same product. Thought my markers had arrived, I ripped open the packaging and was disappointed. That was 24 colored pencils! I'm sure they're good pencils, but I wanted markers. Spring. There's no point in returning them because of my mistake, not theirs.

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • High Price

I have many pencils from PrismaColor, Polychromos to Leisure Art. I have Staedtler, Artist's Loft, CraZart, Crayola, Leisure Art premium, Leisure Art, Prang, LiquiMark and others. This is my new all-time favorite - blending, layering, and large areas like the background. They are beautiful and incredibly smooth. No sharpness problems either. The wood is hard and strong.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Big and chunky

They're pretty good for the price

They're pretty good for the price. They're definitely more pigmented and lighter than the standard Crayola pencils and while they blend, it takes a bit of work to get a good result. The black is quite black and the white is clearly visible on black paper. My only issue with them is the set I received, the wood was very cheap and one pencil was chipping making it difficult to sharpen properly. Looking for a good entry level pencil set they are good for the price.

Pros
  • The best
Cons
  • The packaging isn't very pretty
