Beautiful set; but it came broken so i ask for replacement. The wait was worth it, the product was replaced and everything is broken again

Good sized container, classic look. I recently moved into a one bedroom apartment with only two narrow drawers. It was the perfect solution for my cutlery. Containers are practical for up to 12 people. I put bubble wrap on the bottom as my cutlery is a bit heavy and I didn't want the containers to tear.

I received the original box in which the frame was bent and the ceramic holders were damaged. Sent back and replaced with no problem and the replacement was received perfectly! Love it! It sits on my desk with supplies (pencils, pens, markers, etc.). I'm considering ordering another one for herbs in the kitchen. This also works in the bathroom for cotton balls, cotton swabs, and makeup brushes. Ideal size for small spaces.

When I received it it seemed secure enough in the packaging but one of the pots was broken off very visibly in 2 different places. Not sure if it was poor quality control or what. I didn't find any chips anywhere in the package so I don't know if this happened before they were packed for shipping or on the way to me? Besides, it's exactly what I needed. Who is near the house?! Everyone?! ME! It's damn accurate! So I can do everything to make my life easier so that I have more "me time". (Margaritas on deck anyone?!) Stumbled across this little gem. I shove all the forks together (large/small), all the spoons into one (large/small), and the butter knives last. (Store upside down so people only touch the bottom of the bowl) You'll quickly know which glass is in which bowl. Nbd. I actually keep it in my pantry like I'm sitting on the counter? Eh,
