Very nice blanket,. however, it smells very bad. I'm going to take it to the dry cleaner today to hopefully get rid of the smell. I hope it gets out and doesn't smell like that stuff forever, otherwise I don't think I can keep it.

the photo does not match the blanket i received. completely different stuff. The photo shows a nice zigzag pattern, but what I received looked like a large piece of fleece you can buy at a craft store. There were pom poms visible in the picture but the color online and live was also inconsistent. I saw this product in person, I really liked it and thought it was cute, but I didn't buy it, so I was very excited when I found it online. however, it was just another blanket. will return

Very disappointed with the quality of this product and the customer service. This blanket is amazing, but after using it for less than 4 months with moderate use (no kids, no pets and not even laundered) a few pom poms broke off and the braids became tangled. I contacted support and they told me they won't do anything as the 30 day guarantee has expired. If this isn't the norm for their product I would expect them to want to fix it by sending a replacement, but that's not the case. It says a…
