Creative Hobbies Brown Color Lamp Cord Set is an excellent quality plastic covered power cord great for table lamp repair and lamp cord replacement. SPT-1, 18 gauge copper electrical wire, rated 105ยฐC, Lamp Repair Wire, 12 foot long power cord with molded end plug, polarized blades, great lamp parts. Cord ends are stripped and tinned on the tips to avoid unraveling and make for easy wiring onto the lamp socket. Great for repairing or refurbishing old lamps and perfect making new lamps with your own lamp socket. Factory assembled and U.L. and CSA Listed safe.

Exactly as described, good quality, perfect price

Everything was exactly as described, the cables are of high quality material, they are polarized, safe and affordable. I use them to make homemade lamps from cut liquor bottles and they came out great.

Ideal replacement cord for

I used this lamp cord to replace an old mouse chewed cord on my 300w halogen floor lamp. Installation was fairly easy, just reattaching the new cable to the lamp socket using the nuts provided. The lamp works great now. The cable comes with simple instructions.

Exactly as described

If you need a low current cord for a project, this is perfect. I'm replacing the power cord of an old radio so I ordered five lamp cords to have some spares for my next project. They are polarized which would be especially useful for transformerless radios - not that important in my particular project - they have a transformer. In any case, if you are repairing an old radio, lamp or something else, this is ideal. If you're repairing a high-current device (toaster or heater), it's probablyโ€ฆ
