At first I was disappointed that in step 2 you had to use two hands to open the lid and it made no sense. After a few uses I developed an ulcer on my lip. This set is good. My mouth seems really clean. If you use this you will really see a difference in lightening within a week or so. I was surprised. My dentist recommended this to me. The toothpaste works great but the whitening paste hurts my gums! The peroxide in it leaves my gums (just below my tooth) with a white line and a little swollen. I will continue to use it as it has only been a day or two.
