I've only been using this product for 3 weeks but I love how it feels in my mouth. It really makes your mouth look cleaner. The more you clean, the more it foams, the more you want to clean because it makes you feel clean. I can see the difference in my gums. I have problems with receding gums from braces as well as bleeding gums if I sag even a little. That helped avoid all the trouble. It will be interesting to see what long-term use will bring. I am very excited about the results.?

This toothpaste foams slightly and leaves your mouth feeling clean. It has a refreshing minty flavor that isn't overwhelming like some toothpaste products. I didn't notice any improvement in the condition of my gums, but they weren't "unhealthy" to begin with. I am disappointed because this product claims to help with tooth sensitivity but does not help with tooth sensitivity at all. I will return to Sensodyne for tooth sensitivity.
