Definitely noticeable improvement in whiteness after 3 days. The mint paste helped make the taste much more tolerable while they were on and even after the strips were removed!

I do not recommend these strips to anyone. They don't stay put. Check the process on another brand. You have to put gel on the strips and they slide and slide everywhere.

I've had Crest White strips where the whitening agent was on the strips themselves - this kit comes with a gel tube that you apply with a gel substance. on the strip and I found that it didn't stay on my teeth as well as a regular strip. Not at all happy with this version.

These strips do not work well. My dentist recommended these strips or baking soda to remove or reduce stains on my teeth. I should have saved some money and used baking soda. The strips are difficult to remove from the packaging. And after applying them to my teeth, they didn't stick.
