I think overall it was pretty easy to use and I liked that you don't need a mat, but when you do something it wastes at least an inch of vinyl every time, it adds up! I liked it better on a regular vinyl mat, but to use this machine you have to do something very small. The vinyl was also very difficult to weed, unlike the oracle brand which is very easy! I hope they fix this by wasting the first inch of vinyl!

What can I say that people don't already know. Cricut Smart Products are amazing, easy to use, durable and great value for money. Of course you can find cheaper products, but you get what you pay for when you use Cricut products. Also, smart products are great because they don't require a cutting mat. So an extra step and a few extra dollars are eliminated immediately. Highly recommended, I have Joy and Explore Air 2 and use Cricut products almost exclusively. Try them and you'll be very glad…

I love that Cricut makes smart vinyl for Cricut Joy. It makes my life a lot easier. I wish the material was a bit longer for the price but it's better than not having to use a rug for every DIY project. The fact that I only download it is a plus for me. I had no problems with weeding. I also like the grids on the back which make measuring and cutting easier. In my opinion, Vinyl Permanent lives up to its name.
