They are adorable, my granddaughter loves them. She has been wearing unlined crocodiles size 1 for 2 years. These 3 sizes fit like 1.

If you use a strap, it will be about half a size smaller. So if you order a 7 but use a strap (and you will need a strap) it will fit like a 6.5. I also think they run small, maybe because of the fur lining. I ordered to use the strap and my chubby 18 month old man walks in it just fine.

I myself have never been a fan of Crocs because I think they look awful. I buy these for my two young children because they are easy to put on and clean and they LOVE them! You wear them with and without socks all year round. The size can be a bit annoying. My son has outgrown his size 8/9 and size 10/11 was too big for him!
