Smells Bad

I used to buy Crocs in stores, this is my first time ordering online. Unexpectedly poor quality, have an odor. I've washed it several times, it doesn't help. Buy from the Crocs store, it's guaranteed to be of good quality.

Less than ideal.

This item is marked "Unisex" but was purchased for my daughter. It's wide for her foot, but I understand that finding something 'unisex' that fits both ends of the demographic curve will be difficult. If it didn't have the ability to turn into a product I would ask for a refund.
