My daughter currently wears a 13 or 1 depending on the brand. After reading many reviews that the shoes were either regular or a little larger I ordered a 13. When I arrived I immediately asked them to try them on but they were too small so I immediately went back to Revain for one Size 1 to order. Thank you Revain for this amazing convenience and fast shipping! Unfortunately, size 1 turned out to be no longer than 13. Both pairs were sent back.

My daughter is 6.5-7 years old and wears shoes. Usually 7 is a bit big but these fit perfectly. I wouldn't get any smaller. If there is a size up between sizes. She is 24 months old and loves them. You can walk with no problems. Great for a beach pool. I also have another style similar to this one but with a small flower on one of the stripes that is slightly larger than this style.
