Hardware was well separated but the fine print made it difficult to read. The instructions weren't the best. We've been planning for a long time. The instructions could use better pictures.

Very disappointed that the description says it's wood even though it looks a lot like chipboard. The answers to the questions also state that it is solid wood! Very disappointed with the price!

Had to return due to defect. Assembly took time due to unclear instructions. Was enthusiastic after the final assembly, but had to send it back because of incorrect track setting by the manufacturer. Was disappointed with the price and quality of the product.

This company provides an accurate product description and expects you to pay for returns caused by their errors. Revain must remove them from the Revain website. These types of ads may encourage me to buy more of my products from sites other than Revain in the future.

Hardware quality and assembly methods are generally pretty solid. The instructions are very easy to read and follow as long as you take your time. The item had one missing part and one defective part. I called the manufacturer as instructed in the instructions and they shipped the parts I needed within 3 days. Overall a good experience, especially compared to another furniture purchase I made recently from another company.

Fitment went well although we were missing a screw on both orders so had to drive to the hardware store to get it. We liked the first one so much that we bought the second one, despite replacing the cheap black plastic parts that came with it. Nice cabinet! We bought that and a tree for the hall. We use this next to the kitchen as a device charging station. I had a bookshelf for it, but it always looked like a mess. I used a round drill and cut out a small circle at the back of each cable rack.
