Crouser Hummingbird Watercolor Ceramic Stoneware Art Piece Review

My kids gave this to their gardening grandma for Mother's Day and she loved it. The design is beautiful, the size is good, the body is quite thick and durable. Doesn't feel brittle like it will break with any pressure like some tea/coffee mugs. This is now her favorite morning cup.

Heavyweight and well fired for a brilliantly bright interior, these beautiful proposed mugs (quail, hummingbird and more) look exactly like the pictures. They are tall with strong handles. They made a great impression when I opened the box; better than i expected. My mother has wall art by the same artist and was delighted to receive a set of bird mugs as a gift. I would buy it again as a gift for bird lovers as well as those who love abstract happy art. Very good.

These are nice mugs (I've bought 3 so far). Large enough (15-16 ounces) for a full cappuccino. However, these are not just works of art, they are durable and easy to clean, which is enough for everyday use. I was concerned that the lighter interiors might get dirty with frequent coffee consumption, but they remain as beautiful as the day they arrived, perfectly packaged and ready to go. The only thing I could fault is that the image is only on one side of the mug and the other is just white…
