I received my blanket two days ago. It smelled awful because it was sealed in a plastic bag. Of course I washed it straight away, like all new bedding, but it's already pulling. I haven't even used it yet! It's very light, so plan on using something else on cold nights. The color is beautiful, something like blue-green sea glass. I put it on my queen-size mattress in my guest room and it barely sags, so it's not big at all. I was hoping for the best but I got what I paid for.

This blanket is quite soft and comfortable, very light and breathable - just what I was looking for. I sweat when I sleep and those Texan nights made me pretty miserable in the mornings lol (even with A/C). My only real complaints are that it stinks from the plastic packaging (but that was rectified after washing with oxyclin) and the color is more like a pale yellow/buttermilk than true "ivory"/eggshell color.
