Excellent customer service

I bought these LED bulbs to replace a burned out halogen light in my kitchen. I figured I might as well switch to LED at some point as I gradually replaced most of my house lighting. The bulbs themselves feel oddly rubbery. However, the rubber coating makes it easier to hold and swap out the bulb's awkward placement in the pendant (it sits low in the fixture). The color/warmth of the light was as expected, maybe a shade brighter than my old halogen bulbs. .So, out of the box, the first bulbโ€ฆ

Quality control isn't great, but the support team is very responsive

I bought these bulbs to replace some of the halogen bulbs in my kitchen table pendant light. I chose these 35w replacement bulbs because they were the right size for my fixture rather than the 50w halogen bulbs they were designed for. The bulbs are wrapped in a transparent rubber material that feels odd but is actually very protective and ensures your fingers don't get caught on the bulb like halogens do. Pros: The bulbs give off a lot less heat so they seem to last a lot longer than my halogen

Pins too thin Flickering Identical lamp from same supplier as another brand

Please note: your experience with this type of lamp is by definition dependent on the transformer used. Yours must not flicker and the contacts do not match, if so then you can bet 4 or even 5. This is not the seller's rating. There is a separate rating for this. A lamp is a lightbulb and I appreciate that. Rating a supplier instead of a product can be misleading. I'll stick with the product. Unfortunately someone saying it doesn't flicker OR saying it flickers is not a predictor. Testing these
