Remote control is fine. It is easy. I have to remove the back of the batteries and put the batteries in. I wanted to return it but didn't want the hassle. So I just used black tape to secure the batteries in place. You can see the attached video and picture. He works and does his job.

This remote is meant to be OEM. I'm not sure. It works, but there are big problems. The springs holding the batteries are not strong enough and not properly centered. Basically you have to play around with it to make it work. After a few months of fiddling with springs/battery contacts, it's working better, but it just sucks. It fucking annoys me. Only bought because the original got lost when we moved. It works well when it works. Most of the time I want to throw it in the trash can.

I received an empty package. I contacted the seller who immediately returned my purchase. I reordered my remote control and received it within 2 days. When I opened the replacement remote and put the batteries in, it worked with my TV right away! Very satisfied with the shipper and the product!
