Works like the one my grandkids lost. It has a narrow aiming angle. You need to be a good shot to hit the sensor and change the channel.

This product looks exactly like the original but does not work. The universal phone app does everything except turn on the TV. This remote won't even do that.

The buttons are less sensitive than the original Sony version. The remote location is also a problem. You have to stay very low to answer. Speech recognition only works on Google, not on apps like YouTube. Make sure you are buying a genuine Sony product.

The Sony remote for my TV is $80. This very cheap fake works just as well and for that price you could have three of them as I'm sure the kids will lose a spare haha. The buttons are easy to find. The material and the way they feel when pressed aren't the same as the original, but for a $70 savings, I don't care.

This TV requires a remote control model ending in -310U, not -300U. I ordered it but the voice function stopped intermittently and required re-pairing with the TV. Make sure you carefully read the model number of the required remote control for your TV. Sony has a whole range of Bravia smart TVs with voice search and they need unique remote controls.
