This product is made of glass and arrived well packaged in a cardboard box. I was so excited when I opened the box but upset when I saw that the jar looked like it had cobwebs inside. I wonder if it could sit on a shelf and be exposed to the elements (i.e. heat and then cold?) for a while. Pros first: Jars are quite thick glass, decent quality if you use them for condiments. The fact that they are square is something every room designer should be aware of as you can fit more in the same area of your shelf. Big size and also flat bottom.
