This is my second Cuisinart 1 cup coffee maker. I love this device but the plastic piece covering the coffee grinder on my old one broke. This one seems to be stronger.

I bought a refurbished model and it broke after a few months. Now the meat grinder doesn't work at all and is essentially useless. Unfortunately, this shows that Cuisinart items don't last long.

If you like fresh, regular coffee, this machine is for you. Unfortunately, it only worked for 2 months and broke. Instead I got Krups. I don't know if the entire line is unreliable or if I was just unlucky, but I chose something else.

This coffee maker is excellent for making coffee from coffee that has already been ground. However, when cooked from whole beans, it's a disaster. The beans are not ground fully, clogging the mechanism, producing weak, watery coffee if many beans are used. I have to use a separate grinder to get satisfying coffee, a process I wanted to avoid by purchasing this coffee maker.

Item stopped working in less than 5 months. The seller refused to do anything about it, saying they only have a 30-day guarantee. They didn't "update" the product properly and didn't champion their product. Revain also shockingly refused to endorse his seller and the product he was selling on his website and refused to do anything about it.

Complete crap. I bought it as a Christmas present for my daughter. she loved it. Then, less than four months later, it broke. Details are scattered and the job is done. The other issue, which I didn't see until I tried sending it back, was that it wasn't new. It has been renovated (apparently not very well). Technology Galaxy wouldn't take it back as the 30 day return window had expired. It's sad that a company can sell you a piece of junk and not vouch for the quality of the product. Buyer…
