I expected more from Cuisinart. The print around the dials was erased in 2 weeks. So we don't really know what we're doing when we use it. The top shelf is too high, the bottom shelf is too low and the browning is uneven. Also disappointed was the lack of a latch that pulls the rack out when the door is opened. Overall very disappointing. I would come back if I had the box.

Got my first one as a wedding present and after 5 years it makes toast, makes a medium pizza, grills chicken breasts, reheats food very well, cooks cornbread very well. I have to say right away that I really love Cuisinart products. This was no exception. I had read their many reviews and needed a small desktop toaster that was easy to use but also of good quality. It definitely fits the bill. The stand can be adjusted to sit higher or lower. If you want to line a baking tray with foil, the foil insert must first fit into the baking tray.
