Worked fine until I changed the filters for the first time.

I would put zero if I could. It worked fine until the first time I changed the filters, then it licked and licked. Cannot be fixed. The company does not serve. Useless. Now I have to remove it and buy another system. Please do not worry.

Pros
  • water filter and softener
Cons
  • too stupid

I can still taste some minerals

I just bought a house and they already had these filters installed under the kitchen sink. The water still had a mineral taste so thought I'd try changing the filters. The new filters still had the same taste. I think I need to try a different system all together. The filters were as described and easy to install.

Pros
  • Replacement water filter
Cons
  • I don't remember

Good bang for the buck!

Instead of a more expensive system these are easy to install, have had them for a couple of years now and they work great. Make sure you have good connections with the plastic quick connectors. Replace the filter as recommended by the manufacturer, especially if you use a few gallons of water a day like we do. I've noticed that some people say they have a problem with a leaky faucet, we had a similar problem. Check the date on the packaging. If it is out of date, call Culligan for a replacement

Pros
  • Replacement under sink water filter
Cons
  • Something else

It's worth it - don't buy mineral water anymore - save money!

I've always wanted a drinking water filter system for my home. I saw this brand at hardware store but Revain's price is $20 cheaper! I gave 2 stars for the installation and since every kitchen sink is different I had a hard time installing the sink in a tight corner. But once installed, it's awesome! I haven't bought mineral water for several months. The faucet has a built-in red light to remind you when it's time to change the filters. This is a dual cartridge replacement - very easy to…

Pros
  • FILTER LIFE: up to 6 months, depending on use and filter load
Cons
  • Some bugs

Don't BELIEVE them, they are USED and dirty

This is NOT GOOD, they are 2nd order of them and they are crap. Initially I ignored the worn packaging and slightly dirty appearance of these cartridges but now after some use it turns out to be USED or remanufactured in some form. This second set that we are now using was slow to begin with and did not remove the chlorine from the water. I believe they were used elsewhere (who knows what's in our water now - as drinking water). I am absolutely dissatisfied and will never order them from here…

Pros
  • Provide your family with what appears to be clean, great tasting water for drinking, cooking, etc.
Cons
  • Brief instructions
