I love these gloves, they are easy to put on and stretchy enough to fit my husband's strong man hands (I personally could have gone for a medium instead of a large but it fits the best cuts of meat for me so I work with this and it still works because my fingers are thinner but longer than his). For women I would recommend small or medium gloves.
