. It's not exactly "whitening" toothpaste. For that you really need whitening baths, whitening strips etc. This will remove the stain making you look like you just got back from brushing your teeth and your teeth will look brighter and whiter as a result. If you have bad habits that stain your teeth, this toothpaste works like no other. A cleaning made a difference. I plan to alternate it with regular toothpaste daily. I'm a fan:)

Toothbrushes are the best out there in my opinion. I have been using it for many years and have never known a softer and more comfortable toothbrush. I haven't used it long enough to say if it whitens, but I could tell straight away that my teeth are really clean. I have a lot of plaque on my teeth. I was just lucky there. When I saw my dentist, she told me that it seemed like I was using toothpaste that was too harsh. When I told her I was using this, she said it was too aggressive and that I should stop immediately.
