I used the size chart and it was too small for my 2 year old. The quality is good but the size is small and the delivery is long. When they issued a refund they tried to negotiate with me and offered $8 then $12. I explained that my daughter couldn't wear the dress and finally gave my money back. First I bought ivory/cream in sizes 3 and 5. Size 3 is perfect for my almost 4 year old and growing room. Sz 5 is super small for my 6 year old. I ordered a size smaller based on some reviews.
