I've finally found something that doesn't move when I'm rinsing my clients' hair. It doesn't move when it gets wet. I was a little worried the color would stay underneath but I take it off every night and my sink and I've had no problems. It was exactly what I was looking for.

God I can't believe I wasted my time on this product. It's not a pillow, it's not a pillow, it's not for the neck. It's just hard rubber. You can see my thumb firmly squeezed in the picture, it will NOT budge! Send back. The ceramic shampoo bowl I use is softer than this one.

Not used by a customer yet but so far so good. It's flexible enough to fit in my Saloniture Saloniture Saloniture Salon Deep Sink portable shampoo sink with drain that I just bought. I bought another pillow that was too hard. Even if it slips a bit, I still recommend this pillow.

Overall this is the best neck brace I've ever used in my 14 year hair work. I gave it 4 stars. Just because it remains non-absorbable when it gets wet. BUT as they say. In fact, he always stays in place. My customers say it has made a HUGE difference in their comfort shampoo.

When we first put them on our uncomfortable shampoo bowls at work they were great and the suction was very strong. We've had them for about 3 weeks now and they're opening and the suction doesn't last either. We'll likely continue to use these as they improve comfort, but be aware the suction cups won't be as strong.

The product page recommended the shampoo wash basin I bought, so I bought it. It's quite heavy and only slightly more comfortable than without. It also keeps crashing. The suction cups don't hold at all. It's not really a problem to use, you just have to be careful not to lose it when you put everything away.

I should have thought better about this purchase. This cushion fits right over your existing shampoo bowl opening. It offers no support/height at all. It's just softer than the existing hole in the bowl. I have problems with my neck, and after washing my hair in a bowl of shampoo, I'm always in a lot of pain. I was hoping this device would help, but it didn't. I gave it to the barber in case he could help another customer.
