Not very comfortable due to too much stiffness and density. The flex is good but there is no room in the shoulder so the flex is too wide for my neck to sit. 50 wasted. Oh, good idea, but impractical.

This pillow is more comfortable than others I have used. He's not too heavy. However, if you have severe cervical spine issues and sleep on your side I would advise against it (I have 100% curvature loss in the cervical spine along with many other spinal issues). Otherwise, a normal cervical spine should be fine. . Two different heights are good.
