Neck and neck pillow not too firm
This pillow is more comfortable than others I have used. He's not too heavy. However, if you have severe cervical spine issues and sleep on your side I would advise against it (I have 100% curvature loss in the cervical spine along with many other spinal issues). Otherwise, a normal cervical spine should be fine. . Two different heights are good.
