The best thing about this software is that it provides you with great customer service which in turn makes for an improved brand image as well as increased sales revenue! I can't think of anything i dislike at all, everything has been perfect so far - nothing!! Great tool when dealing remotely and even better together

I enjoy that this is an easy way for me as well as my organization's marketing department, which allows us all access at once from anywhere in California or across our globe of offices around the world! It also saves time because we can have everything done simultaneously instead of having to go back-and forth between each person who does not work with sales/marketing every day via email etc., thus saving more precious minutes out of everyone’s already busy schedule!! Great option & simple platform - especially helpful during COVID

The customer advocacy tool is very easy for any employee or department in our organization to use, it's also great that you can add multiple email addresses into one account so we don't get duplicate emails from people who are not subscribed yet! I have no complaints about this product at all but if there was anything i would like changed its how long it takes after someone signs up before they receive their first communication with us (or when they do). We're using this program as an internal…
