Great option & simple platform - especially helpful during COVID

The customer advocacy tool is very easy for any employee or department in our organization to use, it's also great that you can add multiple email addresses into one account so we don't get duplicate emails from people who are not subscribed yet! I have no complaints about this product at all but if there was anything i would like changed its how long it takes after someone signs up before they receive their first communication with us (or when they do). We're using this program as an internal communications channel between employees/departments within the same org.

Pros
  • It has been really helpful allowing my colleagues communicate directly through me instead having them wait weeks until responding back via mail which sometimes isn’t even read by others because everyone gets lost along way due inbox clutter
