This product is not suitable. Designed for small faces. I tried using it for the first time and all my lines were fine. Before that I used another brand that I lost in a house fire and couldn't find anymore. Definitely not what I expected from a Shark Tank product.

It literally didn't even come with a shaving guide, all I had was a tracer and a plastic cap. I don't know if this particular product was meant to be like this or what.

A few things looking at other people's photos mine just came in a plastic bag with no pencil. And it looks like it's already bent and hit something on the edge, which isn't very comfortable for my face to wear.

Good idea but poor execution and unreasonable price. Pros: - *most* of the body is transparent so you can see where the cutting line will be and how much hair is underneath (as a razor/razor guide). - Multiple cutting guides are available. Cons: - Fragile design. These people use the Shark Tank to sell this junk. It's a very well thought out piece of flexible plastic. The razor isn't concerned with that, because it's so thin and flexible that bumps remain on men's faces. It's also tiny, well small. The Chinese must have come up with that because they are small compared to the Americans. After reading all the reviews, I was rather skeptical about the purchase. It comes with a liner pencil. The pencil didn't do me justice, but depending on your skin tone, it might work for you. But I also found it very easy to hold when making your ruler on the sides. This is the opposite of what many reviews state. Overall it was very easy to use and I got a cool ruler. I think it will save me a lot of money and trips to the hairdresser.
