I watched a video on this thing and decided I'm in the military and using this product can be useful when I'm doing my own hair cut. Let me tell you, this thing isn't malleable at all. Very stiff so if you try to press it against the skin to draw a line you have to use a lot of force to draw it. 1. Bend to draw a straight line. 2. Make sure it stays in place. Then it's pretty damn confusing which side I use for what. Hair. Smooth out the beard, mustache, etc. This is literally trial and error. I even went to the included website and the instructions and videos were minimally helpful. It would be better if, like a hair clipper, they number the edges and then print out which number to use on which area of the face. I'm a hard worker so this seems to work for me, but it's not practical for non-professional barbers.
