Bright as Day - Fluorescent

Product arrived on time. I was very impressed with the packaging. The bulbs were wrapped nicely and securely in bubble wrap so they were intact and not broken. The brightness indicator indicated that the bulbs were rated at 4100K and were indeed bright. The dark counter on my kitchen counter is working again, now it's light again.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • So-so

15 days and it blew

I ordered this as a replacement bulb for my kitchen lamp. It arrived on October 16th and I installed it as soon as we came back from abroad on the 24th. It was easy to install and gave a nice bright soft light. Yesterday I turned on the light in the kitchen and found that it had already gone out. Not exactly 15 days. This is NOT acceptable at all. Do yourself a favor, avoid this brand.

Pros
  • Hands free mode
Cons
  • Doubtful purchase for seniors

Bought several pairs. My only complaint is that the bulbs last less than a year. What is 20,000 hours for a fluorescent lamp? 365 days x 24 hours a day (I leave them on 24 hours a day) = 8760 hours. They don't last 20,000 hours. Maybe it's because of my special equipment. I do not know . Be careful, they can last less than a year.

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Surprisingly poor quality for a Revain Choice product

Both the tubes purchased and installed worked flawlessly for four months. They began to flicker and completely lost their light within two weeks after that. Will try another supplier, preferably an LED replacement. Fluorescent lamps usually have a shorter lifespan when installed in places with frequent automatic switching, as in my case.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Protection

OFF, keeps resetting

I needed 6 of these 12" fluorescent tubes for some lights that are very old (about 20 years old) but very rarely used. Bulb prices range from $2 for a cheap bulb to $9 for a premium Philips or GE bulb. So I settled on these $4 mid-range bulbs. restarts after a few seconds) and these new bulbs don't light up, they keep lighting up, even worse than the old bulbs. So I take out the new bulbs and put in two new T5 starters and put the new bulbs back in. Same thing, the lightbulbs don't light up…

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Only available in black

Very satisfied! - Fluorescent lamps

Received the next day. They were in cardboard tubes wrapped in bubble wrap in a different box so they were well protected and arrived in perfect condition as expected. I use them for under cabinet lighting and I love the glow - they aren't yellow like warm white incandescent bulbs and they don't glare like daylight bulbs. They are great for our situation and I will definitely buy from this seller again - the price was fantastic!

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

They don't work anymore.

Last year I sent in a review saying they "work well as a replacement for burned out bulbs". The problem is that they burned out in less than a year. They didn't even last ten percent of the hours stated in the description. Revain recommends contacting the manufacturer for a warranty. The manufacturer told me to contact the seller. The clerk says I should speak to Revane. Nobody will help, just lie down. Incandescent bulbs suck with poor longevity.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • weak
