We needed an easier way to charge eight batteries in a golf cart. This item is so easy to use. The piston, which stops the flow when the cells are full, is particularly practical. This takes the guesswork out of refilling the batteries. Great find!

This certainly made it much easier to top up the batteries in the golf cart and on the boat. I'd give it a 5 but I'm concerned that the plastic threads will easily cross over. However, for the price, I would highly recommend buying it.

Trying to put distilled water in a battery means 90% of the water is wasted and then not sure if the battery is properly charged. As soon as I knock over the bottle, water flows from the spring. When I press the tip, like a battery, water stops coming out. I'm very handy, but I won't waste time mining! Also, if the seller had taken the time to inspect the tip, he would have noticed that the tip is damaged and the damaged o-ring is being pushed out of the tip. It's on the way back.

I bought this product a little over a year ago. used 2 times. I used it last week and the spout feels flaky and not picking up like other recent 1 star reviews here. Absolute rubbish. I have been using this for several years and have found that without regular cleaning the ball valve which can get dirty and/or get acid on it will stick and water will not flow out or the water flow does not stop properly when needed.
