🔵 Navy Blue Glass Jars by Cypress Home: Set of 3 - Organize and Decorate in Style Review

I was expecting them to be blue glass since they are called Navy Blue Glass Jars. NO! Instead, they're made of clear glass (which I intentionally didn't want) and painted with translucent blue paint. That means the paint is peeling off! I've had them for 24 hours now and the blue paint is already peeling off. This is totally unacceptable. Don't buy them and also be aware that anything else from this seller is likely cheap and not what it should be.

They are as beautiful as the picture. I thought they might be too small but they are perfect. The blue color is the same as the picture. I use in my bathroom to hold Epsom salts. I read that they are not made of blue glass but are covered with a blue foil. I can not say. They look good and look like blue glass. For the price and the size and the beautiful blue color I am very satisfied.

I'll keep them to myself but I have to warn buyers that the paint on the bottles isn't very good quality. It also has a rough surface. Also, when I remove the caps, the plastic under the cap that covers the bottle deforms and seems to lose its strength to close effectively. The purpose I chose for these bottles was to fill them with Epson bath salts. Wouldn't buy again but will keep it on a shelf in the bathroom.

I bought these containers to put coffee pots next to our coffee pot. I wanted glass and it had to look amazing if I was going to keep it on the counter. I only needed 3 and they didn't have to be very big. They were perfect for storing coffee pods in a large canister that needed an airtight seal. We used the medium storage cane sugar and the smaller one for the Splenda packs. I don't like clutter on my counters so they suit us perfectly and the stained glass looks amazing. This is a beautiful but not 'real' blue lens. It's a blue coated clear glass that began to peel and flake after being run through the dishwasher and temporarily placed in the fridge, allowing both hot and cold to work against the coating remaining on it. Even if you're not sure what type of glass it is, it may contain lead or other contaminants.
