Bought it for a basement door.

I bought this to use on my basement door windows. It lets light through, doesn't let anyone see inside, and looks just like the pattern. The man said it was easy to install.

  • Wide range

Difficult to put on - but looks great.

It's not as easy to apply as other products of this type I've used (you can't reposition and it's very difficult to avoid wrinkles and remove them), but it looks good when it is attached correctly.

Almost impossible to achieve perfection

You will have blisters. It won't be your go-to solution for a sleek, modern look unless you pay a professional to install it. This is for when you care about privacy by letting the light in more than anything else. For that, it's a great thing. All windows on the ground floor done.

Pros
  • Good thing
Cons
  • Quality

Safe Garage

This is perfect for my garage door windows. I leave my car in the garage partly for security reasons so the bad guys can't easily tell if I'm home. This film on the windows lets light through, but you still can't look into my garage and not see anything. Ideal! And very affordable.

General problem solved

We have a wall of sliding glass doors that people often try to get through when they are closed! I wanted to hang something on it to show the doors were closed but didn't want to block our view. Window film was the perfect choice. I cut 10 inch strips in a row and glue one on each slider just below eye level and another row below for the little ones. A roll of film lasts forever, even if I change strips every few months. friends asked. how I managed to get sliders with built in reminders!

  • window treatment
