Description of Dakine Cyclone Roll-Top Waterproof Backpack

The Cyclone Pack by DaKine features waterproof welded construction, a zippered front pocket, and a roll top closure with waterproof seal. Breathable shoulder straps, a foam back panel, and an adjustable sternum strap complete the package. Made from heavy duty 420 PU coated Nylon. The measurements are 21 x 13 x 9 inches or 1953 cubic inches (32L).

Not suitable for camping and hiking

Disappointed with this bag. I have always relied on Dakine because of the high quality and price. The waterproof seams weren't even sealed; You could stick your finger right through them.

FAILED: This seems unreliable.

TLDR: Never tested in the elements and glue on the seams still doesn't work. Returned. I was so excited about this bag. The material, straps and waterproof opening seemed perfect. I had to leave it at home before going to the coast because the glue on the bottom of the bag was peeling. In less than a month, with only a few uses, mostly at my home, this bag failed. The small pocket that the pens are kept in didn't fit either. Maybe I have the old one. I would buy it again knowing that the sewing

DO NOT BUY! Seams came undone after one use -

On first use the stitching on the side pocket came undone and my wallet, keys, money and ring fell onto the beach. Luckily someone found them and gave them back to me. Later that day I noticed that the stitching in the main compartment had also come undone. I'm shocked that Dakine is selling such a poorly made product, especially one that its customers rely on to keep their valuables safe and sound, including safety items like a river raft or kayak.
