I put the moisture monitor in the closet and it was under 49 so maybe it hasn't drawn water yet. If the humidity rises I'm sure this will get the job done. This cabinet has had moisture issues in the past and this product will definitely win. I will update later if possible.

I originally bought this after a little water spilled in our basement and it started smelling moldy. That settled it. I then used it in the toilet that was leaking water and smelled almost like cat pee. This little thing eliminates moisture and odors!
