⌚️ Daniel Wellington Classic St Mawes Watch with Italian Brown Leather Strap Review

I really liked the watch, just what I was looking for. I watched many videos when I had the watch to make sure it was genuine and that it was Daniel Wellington's watch. The leather strap is stiff at first but then becomes flexible, it suits my olive skin tone well. The rose gold is a bit pink but beautiful. The watch is not heavy at all. I really liked this purchase.

This watch appears to have been genuine originally and got great reviews for it, but it looks like they have swapped out the 'genuine' DW watch for a fake. See the distance between DW and Daniel Wellington on the dial in the photo and see Daniel Wellington's website for an example of what the correct distance should be. So disappointed.

I bought it for my wife, she liked it. FYI it is visible in the photo but not used. When I opened the box to inspect the watch before gift-wrapping it, I was a little scared thinking the second hand might have fallen off, but I double-checked before I went mad. Not a complaint, just something that an ignorant SO might not notice at first. =) It's too early to talk about durability or strength, but it looks good.

Gave this to my girlfriend for her birthday and she loves it, I think I'll love it even more! I will definitely buy one. The leather doesn't fade when wrapped around the wrist as many people have said maybe I'm just lucky but it's beautiful and looks really classy. ALSO I read a review that someone came with red stripes front and back. Yes, that's right. These are protective stickers like most watches. they come off smh on some people.

I wear this watch every day. I love how versatile they are and previously had a Timex watch that I lost by taking it off while typing as it was uncomfortable. Timex watches were bulkier and the ticking second hand was EXTREMELY noisy. But this one doesn't tick and is pretty thin and comfortable to wear! The leather is very soft and so far I haven't had any issues with timekeeping (I've owned this watch for around six months at the time of writing this).

Arrived from US to Singapore in 5 business days. The overall quality is good. A small note: one of the two small bands holding the strap is looser, but this does not affect functionality in any way. I point this out because I'm curious about the quality of the tape. Is it sold on the official DW website?
