Needed to find some wire for a set of cloth masks I ordered from Timbuk2. Originally looked at twisty ties, but the ones I was looking at all required multiple ties to make a decent nose wire. Purchased this instead and cut some lengths of wire to size with some wirecutters, then folded over and crimped the ends to keep them in place. I’ve tried both the 3mm and 5mm versions of this wire and have found the 3mm width to be perfect for masks. The 5mm wire works but it’s harder to get a good seal with it. The 3mm width is sturdy enough to maintain shape but easier to bend to the contour of one’s face. I use a 6.5” length along the top of each mask.Update: my skinny son says 6.5” is too wide for his narrow face. I’ve made masks with 5.5” of wire and had no issues with fogged glasses. I’m currently making a batch of masks with 5”

Does what I need. The only reason I give it 3/5 for value for the money is for raw materials, I think it costs more than need be, BUT I'm happy with the consistency of the product.
