Using Insite by Instructure has been awesome!!

The ability to have all of our employees' data in one place was very helpful for us since we had so many different types or people using it at once! I would like more options when trying out new features, but that's just something you can't do with this software unfortunately (at least not yet). We were able to get everyone their own personal accounts set up quickly as well which helped them feel comfortable sharing information about themselves online without having an account manager always…

  • It also makes switching between systems easy because they are seamlessly linked into your profile page rather than needing separate pages/accounts per platform used by user individually saving time both personally AND business wise!! Also allowing users privacy control settings within individual profiles too..all amazing additions!!!

Love everything from Insperity!! Simple intuitive front end/back office system

We love that we have a single place to view all our benefits and plan documents. This saves us time not having to look at multiple different platforms for our data. The UI could use some work, especially with the plan document pages but their customer support is on point and responsive.
