Review on DataPath by Desmin Dickerson

We love that we have a single place to view all our benefits and plan documents. This saves us time not having to look at multiple different platforms for our data. The UI could use some work, especially with the plan document pages but their customer support is on point and responsive. We’re solving the problem of how to make sure our entire HR team can pull up their employee information in one place while keeping it secure. They also offer an API to help integrate our systems so that it’s easier to add additional plans. The ability to create reports in multiple formats, such as PDF, Excel, or CSV. I have not found anything that I dislike about this software. It has been easy for me to use and my team loves it! The only thing I would change is to be able to add more fields to the report. We are solving our data storage issues by using DataPath. With DataPath we can share information with our employees and their families quickly and easily.
