Well made product suitable for motorcycles and weight sports

Nice finish, classic looks and this thing pulls up a lot better than a factory installed bolt that fell off somewhere in Central Florida. The threads on this screw are much longer so I would expect it to stay in place. If you're lucky enough to ride a Harley and find my old propeller on the street, it's all yours :-))

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • I will add later

May damage the stock seat, unknown in other applications

The diameter is a bit big which makes it contact with the back of the passenger seat. This is the standard Harley seat for the 2007 Road King. I went with the standard screw so as not to damage the saddle. I'll wait if I switch to another seat that works with this. Good

  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • Expensive

GREAT PRODUCT - MOTORCYCLE AND POWER SPORTS

AS DESCRIBED. I ride a 2019 Streetglide with a custom seat, so I need a nice decorative bolt to replace the original factory bolt. The screw doesn't reach the metal, but deep enough; for me anyway. I also ordered black; switch if I want to recommend it to anyone who wants some style

Great Product - Parts

Delivery was fast. These stainless steel thumbscrews look good and work well. I took an allen wrench and unscrewed the part with my thumb. Put the red lock firmly on the threads and tie them together. I read another commit (I always read commits before I buy) that said part of the thumbscrew had come loose leaving the screw threads in the saddle nut. Thanks for the information. They look great on my 2014 Sportster 1200T.

Perfect length for aftermarket seats

I bought this bolt for my Harley after buying a Le Pera seat from an aftermarket. The saddle required a longer bolt than the bike and I also wanted something that could be unbolted without tools. This screw is perfect. It looks good and is reliable (don't back down). Without tools, I can quickly remove the seat when my bike needs a hop. The product arrived a day early and fully corresponds to the description.

Pros
  • Alright!
Cons
  • Damaged

Looks good. It didn't work on my new Mustang.

Looks good. It didn't work on my new 2015 Road King Mustang seat. It's not that it doesn't fit, but the new seat is very difficult to put on and even the two of us couldn't get it in. I used the original screw. You can also put a star disc on them like the factory ones as the mechanic at the HD shop who helped me said they would fall out. But the good thing, great idea, I'll try to get him in after the seat breaks. I'm sure it will happen then

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • I won't say anything

Thumbs up for the saddle bolt!

This is a great replacement for the seat bolt that came with the bike. Tools are not required. Should have bought 2 just in case but it's a good secure fit. One year later. February 2019 It has been about a year since I have worn this product. I had to tighten the seat back bracket and try to loosen the seat bolt with my hands and gloved hands. Just don't move! I took some pliers and managed to loosen them, but the only thing I loosened was the knurled handle. The threaded rod stayed in the…
