I am completely blown away by the customer service from DaVinci (part of the Million Dollar Baby company). The crib I received was missing the "rock stop", a kind of stand that prevents the crib from tipping to one side when you're not actively rocking it. I had a hard time notifying the company that my new product was missing parts and they just sent me an invoice asking me to pay for both the part and shipping! I will be returning the cot as I have no interest in doing business with a company

It's not as wide as ordered and I like it because it fits in more places. The short side is 24" wide, the long side is 39" and 35" at the highest point with wheels. This cradle came with no instructions but I was able to assemble it myself in 30 minutes at 8 months pregnant. I bought this mini crib because my 3 month old is too big for his crib but I'm not ready to put it in my room. The regular crib we already have is too big to fit in our bedroom. This mini crib has been advertised online as safe for babies under 25 pounds. But once I have it and the manual, it's only safe up to 17.5 pounds.
