The heating cannot be removed. Mosaic looks very beautiful and looks damn elegant when it is the only light source in the room. I use it in my bathroom and it looks amazing. I basically leave it on all day just because it's so pretty.

The light is not strong enough to melt the wax. However, I found a $2 scented paper at Walmart that works really well with this heater. I have it in my closet and it smells amazing! Disappointed that it doesn't melt the wax but glad I found another option to do it.

I got it without wax because I like the look of it and I can't/don't want to use any chemical fragrances. The wax tank is perfect for a few drops of essential oils and gives the room a wonderful scent that is easily removed with a tissue! I strongly recommend using it this way. Nice light too. I use it in a professional treatment room and everyone loves it!

Very inexpensive and good looking only holds one wax cube I buy. There is no removable panel at the top, it is fused. I think the bottom comes out to access the lightbulb. Rotates 360 to always stand upright in any outlet. Requires 3 contacts. Fixed fit and button closure. Heats and melts quickly. I don't have sharp edges like many other puzzle pieces. The only problem I foresee is that if I want to change the scent it will take a lot of work for me to change it without the removable glassware.

The first one had a torn edge so it was sent back and replaced with a new working one. This is a really nice wax heating fork, especially when burning. It melts scented wax very well, just don't overdo it. On the other hand, you can't use it as a night light, and you can't leave it on 24/7 because the brittle glass at the top, where the wax melts, will break from excessive heat. The included light bulb is not LED, so replacing the light bulb can reduce excessive heat.

Fast forward a few months: Try removing used wax with a butter knife. The knife immediately went through the top, shattering it. Honestly the heating pad is not the best quality. But for my guest bathroom, it matches my decor and looks cute. It's a good night light as long as I don't add wax. I've seen a lot of complaints about not all the wax melted so I've included a picture of 1 wax cube I put in and after running it for over 6 hours it melted. I love this heater/night light plugin! It's beautiful, illuminates a large area and gives off a wonderful fragrance of your choice. I use cupcakes and sometimes pieces of candles that have lost their wick. Changing flavors is just as easy. Unplug and allow to cool slightly to scoop out and place in a container for later use, or when the smell has subsided you can use the same process as above and simply throw out the old one and put in the new one substitute!
