The rug arrived folded...not rolled!?

I don't know why but the product comes folded in 4-5 inch increments? Should it be rolled up? It was the only item sent in the original packaging (which wasn't damaged) so there's no way it could be damaged in transit?

I like it. for mouse pads and wrist rests

I've never had a placemat made out of this material but I was very curious to try it and didn't want to spend more than $20 so I decided to match this one in brown and I like it very much. I have yet to make sure it's fully bold on my desk. My mouse glides over it well. There are no complaints yet.

The Fold Creases - Desk Accessories & Workplace Organizers

Mine arrived crumpled when shipped too. A simple solution to this problem was to spray some mist water on it and then I towel ironed it and after 5 minutes the creases were smoothed out. I use it all day and while I'm not happy with how light it is, I'm getting used to it and am currently using sticky patches for my butt. This purchase was not a bad buy for me.

OK product, ABSOLUTELY mediocre packaging/presentation.

Arrived folded Not folded I was going to return it when I got the idea to use a steamer, you know because it's wool and it works! Steam eliminated wrinkles, at least temporarily. Let's hope this doesn't cause it to flap around the edges. First impressions not bad for the price but yeah if you don't have a vape or want to give one away it's going to be a huge let down.

I think this product is rubbish. don't buy that.

This rug came in a thin bag which caused some wrinkles. Other comments point to this as well. I should have listened. It glides across my desk and weirdly comes with a bunch of weird items. white circle stickers. A brush thing? and a few extra squares of the same material as the rug. nothing useful. Please save your money and do not buy this or any imitators. (Thumbs up)

Really feels like a piece of junk.

The product is so light and wrinkle-free that it simply lies on the table like a crumpled hamburger wrap. This is in stark contrast to the feel of a mouse pad (weight for a smooth look and feel). It slides and slides and has terrible curves. In no case does the entire surface touch the table. The material is incredibly cheap and looks like I have a piece of Ikea packaging laid out on my desk. Listen to negative reviews. This rug has deep folds that allow mice to pull and catch.

As the name suggests, I should have listened to the negative feedback. The rug comes in a compressed roll (it was packaged well enough that I can't fault the shipping). This causes deep creases that I have not been able to remove. Aside from not looking very pretty, the creases also make mice snag and cling to spots.
